How do I sign in to the mysoc.ai app?

The mysoc.ai mobile app requires an existing MySoc.ai account. Sign in with the email and password provided by your organization administrator. If you do not have an account, contact your administrator or our team at support@mysoc.ai.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email, or ask your organization administrator to reset it for you. If you still cannot access your account, email support@mysoc.ai.

The app shows no alerts, tickets, or chats. What should I do?

This usually means your account has no data assigned yet or your session needs to refresh. Sign out and back in, confirm you are connected to the correct workspace, and contact support if the issue persists.
